When Gretchen Cryer (lyrics and book) and Nancy Ford (music) produced "Getting My Act Together and Taking It on the Road" in 1978, their main character followed her own voice. It meant losing her friend and agent who didn't agree with women's lib. Now when #MeToo is all about voice - after decades of a culture of silence, Cleveland welcomes the long-time creative team, hosted by our community partners, The Musical Theater Project.
